As you all read, I recently announced that I was going to switch from my terressentials back to regular shampoo and conditioner.
My thoughts about shampoo and conditioner:
The clean feeling I got from using shampoo was great but I did experience some stripping. Not a good feeling. But my scalp appreciated the shampoo a lot!
The slip from conditioner was what I missed most of all! It felt good to feel my fingers glide through my hair again. Co-washes have been nice. My hair feels and smells fresh and it's moisturized.
What is my overall thought on the switch:
I have given it some time.. It's been 3 weeks. And honestly, it's more time consuming than using terressentials- which is a given. Also, my hair isn't as shiny, it has more frizz and my curls are not as defined.
Decisions decisions.... Call me indecisive but I think I might go back to the terressentials after all...
Hmm, any suggestions??!!
