Hello all, I wanted to share Chelsyea's post about her experience with Terrestials lavender garden hair mud. Chels did the full 7 day detox that they recommend. I did not do the detox because I didn't feel I needed to and also because I don't have the time (or patience lol). SO KUDOS to Chels for doing this. And I am excited that she took the time to record the entire process ya'll!

My Thoughts on the Terressentials 7 Day Detox

Last day of this 7 Day Detox Process...THANK YOU JESUS! LOL  at the pic on the left. This was taken of me when I 1st opened the box with the product inside...Shows me screaming with excitement...I'm crazy ya'll. I screamed when Adele won her several Grammy Awards at the Grammy's..Go head Adele!!! (sorry for the tangent but I love that girl's voice, her lyrics, her music & she's only 23 an '88 chica like me!!!..lol )

My thoughts of the product:

This Terressentials Lavender Garden Pure Earth Hair Wash is legit! The bentonite clay (active ingredient to wash the hair instead of harsh SLS) really washes the hair & scalp without stripping it and making it feel dry & for the hair, get tangled. This does the job of BOTH a shampoo and conditioner.

For those who'd like to use the product, make sure to MOISTURIZE your hair! I don't think it's bad to use your Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie while in the process b/c it doesn't have ingredients to create the "gum" (at least that's what I think). The thing is if you use the product everyday, it'll kinda be used up more and less left for you to use since this is 7 days versus using the Shea Moisture every 2 or 3 days, but it's all up to you. Also, by not using any other product while using the Terressentials you get to see and feel for yourself if the product really gives gr8 results as the manufacturers say it does. For the 1st day, you may have feelings of anger and regret that you purchased the product but keep on going with the detox, you'll find it rewarding. :D I'd like to say thanks to Naptural85 on youtube & Kendra for introducing this product to me. Yay!

My Thoughts of a 7 Day Detox Process:

I've never done any type of detoxifying (except for spiritually detoxifying through fasting & prayer) so this was something new for me physically. So at the beginning, I was so frustrated with this product because my hair felt horrible!!! As I mentioned on Day 1, it had the sticky feeling and it was dry. I felt much better after using the product the 2nd day because my hair my super soft & had great curl definition.

How did I feel about washing my hair everyday?

Oh boy! It was most definitely a different feeling. I have never washed my hair everyday. Kudos to those who have to wash their hair everyday!!! KU-DOS!!! Man, I was tiresome especially after a long day of work, I don't want to wash my hair. The thing for us black women is that we don't only have to wash but detangle, moisturize, and twist & that takes a good amount of time. I felt like giving up but I remembered that I had my blog people that were depending on me to post and I had to do it for myself. I proved that I could've washed my hair everyday and stick to something else that I said that I was going to do.

I just wanna say to my blog readers that I LOVE YA'LL AND THANK YOU FOR KEEPING UP WITH MEEE!!! :D I give a curtsey to all of you BEAUTIFUL LADIES!
