Exercise promotes your overall health
Your hair is a reflection of your overall health. So you can look forward to hair growth if you exercise! Be careful because if you do too strenuous of a workout routine, you can cause chemical and hormonal imbalances in your body that can result in hair loss. Keep it something light, and fun that is also effective. Give your body a chance to rest and heal after workouts! This means proper sleep, adequate water and rest days. 3-5 days of exercise a week is plenty!
Remember, it is about a lifestyle of fun and fitness! Include your friends and get a good work-out together!

Exercise reduces stress
Stress is one of the main culprits of hair loss! The more you stress, the more you are inhibiting hair growth. Breathe and find de-stressors. Exercise releases serotonin levels in the brain, keeping us feeling happy and balanced. This increase improves the way that we handle stress. So find a good way to exercise your stress away! Take a walk, swim a few laps, take a bike-ride, roller blade a few blocks, do Pilates or aerobics!
So get out and get some exercise!!
